Board Members

Tina James, President

Tina James is responsible for the day-to-day running of OAI, overseeing that all officers and board members are fulfilling their duties, leading board meetings, leading short/long term planning, and overseeing fundraising.

Tina, along with her husband, Royce, are owners of a light commercial construction company. Royce and Tina have three grown children.


She loves the Trinity and has a servant's heart. Her favorite past times are being in God's word, sewing, missionary work, being with family and working with animals.   You may reach her at

Nicole Davis, Director

Nicole is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a B.A. in Missions and Ministry.  She interned for a non-profit organization that serves youth who have aged out of the foster care system in Montgomery County, which lead to employment for almost three years. Nicole is now employed with another non-profit organization who builds affordable housing, serving as the Development and Volunteer Coordinator. 


With Nicole’s valuable non-profit knowledge, experience and contacts, she can contribute in many different areas to OAI. 


Nicole and John Davis have two children, Courtney who is 4 and Carter who is 3. When Nicole is not working, she enjoys her time as a mom or doing yoga.  You may contact Nicole at:

Royce James was born and raised in Spring, Texas.  He has been in the Construction Industry since he was sixteen (16) years old.  Royce and his wife, Tina, started Royce James Construction, Inc. in 1994 and now their oldest daughter will be the next to manage the family business.


With Royce’s background in construction and his business management skills, he will be a huge asset to OAI during the building and development stages. 


Most people that know him, know that he has a huge heart. When Royce is not working, you can find him helping others, spending time with family and friends, and cooking some of the most delicious meats you will ever eat.

Jonathan Weidner,
Vice President/Treasurer 


Jonathan works for Shell oil. He was the president of South East Texas Home School Association for more than 20 years. He and his wife Debra were in charge of two annual homeschool conferences, with the largest one being at the Astro arena where over 4000 attended it with over 150 exhibitors. Jonathan is responsible for acting as President in the absence of Tina along with completing and Handling the financials as well as keeping the board up to date.

Debra Weidner, Secretary


Debra is a stay-at-home mom. She helped her husband as Secretary of the South East Texas Home School association for over 20 years. Together they traveled the USA with their children to Home School conferences and were in charge of the two conferences that South East Texas Home School Association has each year. Debra is responsible for taking, maintaining and protecting the board’s records and archives for future referral.
