Meet The Team
Founder & President
Tina James is responsible for the day-to-day running of OAI, overseeing that all officers and board members are fulfilling their duties, leading board meetings, leading short/long term planning, and overseeing fundraising.
Tina, along with her husband, Royce, are owners of a light commercial construction company. Royce and Tina have three grown children.
She loves the Trinity and has a servant's heart. Her favorite past times are being in God's word, sewing, missionary work, being with family and working with animals. You may reach her at firstname.lastname@example.org
Royce James was born and raised in Spring, Texas. He has been in the Construction Industry since he was sixteen (16) years old. Royce and his wife, Tina, started Royce James Construction, Inc. in 1994 and now their oldest daughter will be the next to manage the family business.
With Royce’s background in construction and his business management skills, he will be a huge asset to OAI during the building and development stages.
Most people that know him, know that he has a huge heart. When Royce is not working, you can find him helping others, spending time with family and friends, and cooking some of the most delicious meats you will ever eat.
Secretary & Treasurer
We are thrilled to have Stacy Syring join us on the Board of Directors for OAI!
For the past 8 years, Stacy has been growing her career in the Information Technology industry as a Senior Software Consultant for CGI. Not only has her position taught her about the ever changing industry, but she has learned about leadership and different skills to use when leading a team in an ever changing environment.
Stacy brings strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and a drive for growth to this organization. When she's not volunteering her time with OAI, you can find her curled up with a great book and spending time with her rescue pup and cats!
James Smith, a former Manager of Customer Services is a husband, father, foster parent and an adoptive parent. He has seen firsthand the damage that has come from young adults leaving the foster care system too early, when they are completely unequipped with basic life skills. He comes to OAI with a basic goal; to help children transition to independent, self-supporting, confident adults.
