Our Team

Nicole Davis,
Executive Director

Nicole is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a B.A. in Missions and Ministry.  She interned for a non-profit organization that serves youth who have aged out of the foster care system in Montgomery County, which lead to employment for nearly three years, then moved on to work with a non-profit focused on solving the housing affordability crisis, where she served for five years. We are excited to now have Nicole as the Program Director for OAI! 


With Nicole’s valuable non-profit knowledge, experience and contacts, she can contribute in many different areas to OAI.

Debbie Page,
Development Manager

Debbie Page is a skilled professional with a varied background in catering and event management, spanning a spectrum from intimate gatherings to large-scale events. Her expertise encompasses a diverse array of events, including trade shows, city festivals, fundraising galas, grand openings, and weddings. Notably, she also spearheaded and managed a community outreach summer program for children in need, showcasing her commitment to philanthropy and community service.


Debbie’s education is from Texas A&M University and the University of North Texas, where she earned a B.A. in Hospitality Management. 


During her daughter's formative years, Debbie devoted time to volunteering with community outreach programs and food banks. Her dedication extended to serving as the President of her daughter's elementary school PTO for two years.

When Debbie is not working, she loves spending time outside, traveling, cooking, or dancing in the living room with her daughter.
